1. Who is responsible

2. In short

This website collects as little personal data as possible. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Hostinger International Limited, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (company registration code CY10301365E). Hostinger's data protection contact is gdpr@hostinger.com. When you visit the site, the provider's servers process the technical data your browser sends: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and browser and device information. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable and secure website). The provider keeps these logs for up to 90 days.

4. Contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, I process the data you enter: your name, work email, brand, app or game name, URL, phone number (optional), whether you would like a call, your monthly ad spend range, what you need help with, how you found me, your message about your account, and the address of the page you sent it from.

Fields marked with * are needed to handle your request. All other fields are voluntary. I use the data only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible collaboration.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).

Your message reaches me by email and is saved in a spreadsheet in Google Workspace. Entries in the spreadsheet are deleted after 90 days. If we start working together, the data needed for the collaboration is kept for as long as the contract and statutory retention periods require.

A hidden field protects the form against spam bots. No third-party spam service is used.

5. Email

If you write to scale@ascnt.agency, I process your email address and your message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Email is handled through Google Workspace.

6. Service providers

I use the following service providers to run this website. They process data on my behalf under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR):

• Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Google Workspace: email, Google Sheets and Apps Script)
• Hostinger International Limited, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (website hosting)

7. Transfers outside the EU and EEA

The website is served from Hostinger data centres in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Google may process data in countries outside the EU and EEA. For such transfers, Google's data processing terms include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or marketing tools. If that changes, I will update this policy before any such tool goes live.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data I hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
• have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18 GDPR)
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
